Bruce Platusich - Director of Engineering
Graduated in 1972 from Bucknell University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. Awarded twelve US patents for design or process. Nominated twice for Product of the Year awards.
Over thirty years of experience in management of engineering, quality assurance, product and process development, procurement, and program management in the US, Europe, Africa, China, and the Pacific Rim. Specialty focus involved executing aggressive development strategies for start-up companies through divisions of Fortune 100 companies.

Michael Hennessey - Vice President Sales & Marketing
Born in Evansville, Indiana. 1977 graduate of Allegheny College in Meadville, Pa. with an EMBA from St. Joseph's University, located in Philadelphia, Pa. in 1992 and has completed the Advanced Executive Program at the Kellogg School of Business, Northwestern University.
Worked in the coal industry for 33 years. 9 years at Roberts & Schaeffer Company and 24 years in the sales and marketing department of CONSOL Energy Inc. where he held positions of Vice President of Sales and Vice President of CONSOL River Operations. Vice President of Sales and Marketing for BMP since 2010.

Eva Metzger – Manager of Administration
A native of the Pittsburgh area. Graduated from Penn State University in 1991 with a degree in Health Policy and Administration and from Point Park with a degree in Human Resources Management. Completed a Master’s degree in Education from Slippery Rock University.
Responsible for the operational oversight of Human Resources, Safety and Training. Over 20 years of experience in healthcare management, human resources management and training. A manager at BMP since 2010.

Tim Scheib - President & CEO
A Western PA native. 1973 graduate of the US Naval Academy with MS and Engineer degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and has completed the Advanced Executive Program at the Kellogg School of Business, Northwestern University.
27 years of active duty military service culminating in positions of Deputy Supervisor of Shipbuilding at Newport News Shipbuilding & Drydock Co. and Shipyard Commander at Norfolk Naval Shipyard. COO at Bender Shipbuilding in Mobile, AL for seven years. Over 35 years of shipbuilding and marine engineering experience. CEO at BMP since 2009.

Ted Stilgenbauer - Production Manager
Currently resides in north central West Virginia. 1994 graduate of Fairmont State University with an undergraduate degree Civil Engineering Technology and a 1996 graduate from West Virginia University with a MS in Safety and Environmental Management.
10 years of construction management experience with an expertise in Primavera scheduling, logistics and cost control. Successful completion of over 300 million in large scale commercial construction projects with funding that includes private, state and federally funded projects. Employed with BMP since July 2009.

Tom Romick - Controller
A 1976 graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management with a concentration in Accounting and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) since 1992.
Thirty five year diverse career started in Public Accounting and progressed through various corporate manufacturing, distributive services and transportation related industries in western Pennsylvania holding accounting, administrative and senior financial management positions. A member of the senior management team at Brownsville Marine Products, LLC since June 2010.
